There is not much to this product - very simple and easy to use. We set it to queen, but twin or king is also easy and changing from one to another - should we need to - is a piece of cake as well. "Attach to Headboard Only" does not mean a headboard is required (we aren't using one), it merely means there is no way to attach a footboard. We have put this frame on 6" risers to raise the bed and give us more storage underneath and all is working well.

Just like most of the reviews for this company the complaint was that the box was mangled upon arrival due to the heavy nature of the frame as was ours as well. This caused one of the end caps to fall out. Please listen to your customers and secure your boxes better, ie. more tape at both ends. The product itself is great though which is why I ignored the previous compliants and purchased this unit. If you decide to buy just know that there could be parts missing if they don't secure their packages better.
