Support your mattress with a heavy duty steel bed frames engineered to support today's thicker, heavier mattresses. A 1-1/2" center support bar offers extra support through the middle of the bed and fulfills mattress manufacturers' support warranty requirements. Four 2-1/2" extra-wide rug rollers (two locking rollers). One center support glides allow mobitily when desired. Headboard brackets will accomodate virtually any headboard configuration. Two cross arm support legs contribute additional support. Finished with a durable and stylish gunmetal black matte powder coating. Features a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects and workmanship. Easy to assemble in under ten minutes and no additional tools are required. Side rail angle iron steel is 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" and cross arm angle iron steel measures 1-1/4" x 1-1/4". Fits the following mattress sizes: Queen, Full XL, Full, Twin XL, Twin.

Bought this on Amazon after looking elsewhere (numerous mattress stores) since they had the lowest price and free shipping (nice convenience). Solid frame, well built, and easy assembly. Fits queen size mattress and box spring perfectly.

I waited about a month before posting this, just to be sure- keeping the box and the other materials as well (as other reviewers suggested) "Just in Case" but the box and other stuff will be going to the recycle bin shortly. This frame is fine- in fact, it's better than the last one I had (which cost about thirty bucks more and was a major pain to lug home. I certainly wasn't going to be gouged by the bedding place (oh, the basic frame will be $99- heave duty will run you more... so this was worth the shot. I'm extremely pleased with the quality and solidity of the frame. Everything fit right the first time- instructions were clear and simple- I can't ask for much else!<<

I shopped around quite a bit before making this purchase and I could not be happier with my buying choice. It shipped quickly and arrived well packaged and in good order. The included instructions made the assembly a breeze and I built the twin size for a child's bed. In the end, it is a very sturdy frame that I am sure will last a long time and will offer some flexibility in being able to adjust to larger sizes as needed.
